I was initially very happy with my purchase as I ordered this chocolate truffle classic tote but after using it only twice, the buttons present underneath the bag are falling off and I'm distressed. What should I do now?
I was initially very pleased with the quick delivery, and the bag was just like it was in the pictures. But it's only for lightweight use. Cannot withstand the weight of even a laptop and a few light registers, so it's not good as a college bag. The handles began to tear off entirely which was so surprising, especially considering how expensive the bag was. The zipper also broke after just 2 weeks. Also the bag isn't very sturdy and doesn't hold it's shape at all while in use. It deforms horribly whenever I place my laptop and a few books in it (not permanently of course but still looks bad). It has barely been 2 months since I bought it so I'm really disappointed. Iverally just invest your money elsewhere
