Terms and Conditions of Returns

  • We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to avoid damage to the product when returned.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at totespk19@gmail.com. When accepted, you will have to ship them to the address shared by us through e-mail.
  • ⁠Refund requests will be processed within 2 working days after receiving the return products.
  • Delivery charges for the return will not be refunded.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and A let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded.
