What types of products do you offer? We offer a curated collection of faux leather tote bags, small bags, laptop sleeves, wallets, cardholders, belts, and clothing. Everything is designed to be stylish, practical, and built for everyday use in Pakistan.

What materials are your bags made from? Our bags are crafted from high-quality faux leather with refined finishes and secure zip enclosures. They're designed to look great and hold up to daily wear, without the premium leather price tag.

What are your delivery timeframes? We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–5 working days depending on your city. 

What is your return policy? You can request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

How do I initiate a return? Simply email us at customers@totes.com.pk with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, we'll share the return shipping address. We aim to respond to all return requests within 24 hours.

How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 2 working days. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as it's done.

Can I exchange an item? Yes — the easiest way is to return your current item and place a new order once the return is accepted. This ensures you get exactly what you want without any delays.

Do you ship internationally? Not yet — we currently ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is something we're working on, so stay tuned.
